ABSTRACT
Workplace bullying is a pervasive phenomenon with far-reaching implications for both individual employees and organizational performance. This research investigates the impact of workplace bullying on organizational performance through the utilization of a 5-scale Likert-type questionnaire. The questionnaire, carefully designed to capture respondents' evaluative judgments, focused on gathering bio data in Section A and exploring workplace bullying-related questions in Section B. The findings underscore the multifaceted nature of workplace bullying, highlighting its detrimental effects on organizational culture, employee satisfaction, and ultimately, performance. The study advocates for comprehensive strategies targeting both prevention and intervention to foster a supportive and respectful work environment conducive to enhanced organizational performance.
