ABSTRACT
The goal of this research project is to examine how work life balance influences Organizational performance. The dimensions used to measure work life balance are; Time balance, Satisfaction balance, Involvement balance. The specific objectives are to; determine the relationship between Satisfaction balance and Organizational performance of employees in microfinance banks. Examine the effect of Time balance on Organizational performance of employees in microfinance banks. Ascertain the level of relationship between involvement balance and organizational performance of employees in microfinance banks. This study employed both descriptive and inferential statistics in analyzing the data obtained, the descriptive statistics used include frequency distribution,mean and standard deviation. Multiple regression was used as an inferential statistics to test the research hypothesis. Statistical package for social science (SPSS 20) econometrics software was utilized to conduct the analyses Specifically, the findings indicate that time balance, satisfaction balance, and involvement balance significantly affect the level of organizational performance in the LAPO microfinance bank, Benin City. As a result, the findings did not support the null hypotheses of the study. The employees have indicated that the time balance provides an opportunity for individuals to focus on the allocation of time between work and personal life domains.
