Abstract
This study focused on work life balance and employee productivity in the Nigerian banking sector. The research commenced by examining a range of incidents or problems that impact worker performance, particularly at Zenith Bank Nigeria. In order to look at and identify any anomalies that might arise from a poor work-life balance, the study developed a statement of problem. The objectives, research questions and hypotheses were formed in accordance with the issues detected in the sector. The study scope was restricted to zenith bank Uselu and UNIBEN branches in Edo state, and its importance was given in line with the benefits to be expected by the stakeholders involved in the study. The literature review focused on conceptual theoretical and empirical frameworks, as well as a summary and gaps in the literature. The analysis was conducted using a survey design with multiple regression analysis. The data was analyzed based on correlation and descriptive statistics.
