SUMMARY
Women in pre-colonial Uhonmora formed the theme of this research project work. They have been properly examined and brought into limelight. Without doubt, during those period, the Uhonmora women’s socio-political and economic life attained self-actualization status while their economic activities reached its peak of growth and meaningful development with all the superstructure of all developed society. The colonial administration built on this solid foundation for the eventual economic exploitation of Ora land generally and Uhonmora in particular.
