ABSTRACT
This research work title “use of Appliqué and beading techniques to enhance the appearance of otu-ogwu fabric of the Enuani people of Delta State, Nigeria” deal strictly with a particular fabric and the enhancement factors required to enhance it. It goes to give use of brief history of the Enuani people of Delta State Nigeria. The true picture of where they emanated from was been looked at, their way of life and the commercial and economic activities they involve in was been look at. And in conclusion, this project was carried out by me, using the appliqué technique and beading technique to give an enhancement to the otu-Ogwu fabric, thereby creating a new trend in the fashion industry. Other item produced in the course of this project include, footwear, dresses for both male and female, handfan, beaded wall hanger and hand bag.
