SUMMARY

Descriptive survey research design was employed for this study. This design was adopted because it enables the researcher to generate data through the standardized collection procedures based on highly designed research instrument and well-defined study concepts and related variables. The sample size for the study consists of 100 of Presco Plc. A questionnaire titled “Training and Development on Organizational Productivity, using Presco Plc as a Case Study was used for data collection. Data from the questionnaire were analysed using frequency count and simple percentage. The findings were obtained from the extensive analyses carried out on the responses obtained from the structured questionnaire.
