ABSTRACT
This project research deals with the quest to determine the role of Total Quality Management (TQM) as a strategy for audience satisfaction. The application of Total Quality Management in an organisation is not limited to an area of the organisation. It also involves the participation of the entire workforce of an organisation. That is, from the Chief Executive Officer to the least employee. The bid to satisfy customers is the watch ward of Total Quality Management. Through Total Quality Management, an organisation can achieve quality in service delivery, improve the contribution of employees towards the growth of the organisation and subsequently lead to development in the nation’s economy. This study appraised the works of several authors based on findings on the role of Total Quality management and Kada Cinema in Benin city, Edo state was adopted as a case study. The survey design method was used and questionnaires were distributed to 50 respondents. Data collected was analysed, and presented in tables using simple percentages. The study at the end gives a summary of its findings, conclusion and made recommendations based on its findings.
