ABSTRACT
The main purpose of this research is to analyze the total quality management and performance of manufacturing firms in Nigeria. Four purpose of the study was raised to determine the extent to which process management quality influence organisational performance, examine the relationship between supplier quality management and Organisational performance, ascertain the extent to which customer satisfaction influence Organisational performance and Find out the extent to which employee relations influence organisational performance A descriptive survey research design was used in this study. The population for the study consist all 692 staffs in Coca-Cola bottling company in Benin City, Edo state. Questionnaires were administered and Convenience sampling was utilized in this study. The study revealed that there is effective communication between top, middle and shop floor managers towards achieving effective TQM. And also shows that process quality management have a positive influence on organisational performance. The study therefore recommends that Total Quality Management (TQM) has a positive impact on organizational Small and Medium Enterprise; therefore organizations are encouraged to practice TQM and that Organization should only recruit staff the can exhibit effectiveness and efficiency in course of discharging their respective duties.
