ABSTRACT
The main objective of this study was to analyze the Use of social media for Service delivery among extension agents in Edo south Local Government Area of Edo state, Nigeria. Specifically, to examine the personal characteristics of extension agents, to identify the social media platforms that are used by extension agents to engage with farmers, to examine the enablers to the use of social media by extensions agents, to examine the inhibitors of the use of social media by extension agents and to determine the competence of use of social media by extension agents in engaging farmers. The study sampled Twenty-two (22) extension agents in Edo south. Descriptive statistics such as frequency counts, percentage and mean score was used to analyzed the objective of the study and the hypotheses were tested with Pearson correlation coefficient.
