ABSTRACT
This study investigates the utilization of digital clothing design and visualization tools within the University of Benin, focusing on individuals interested in fashion, despite the absence of a dedicated fashion program. It examines resource availability, curriculum integration, skill development, the impact on the creative process, and competitiveness within the fashion industry. The research aims to uncover opportunities for enhancing digital proficiency in a technology-driven world, bridging the gap between traditional education and contemporary industry demands. Findings are expected to benefit students from diverse disciplines seeking to enhance their digital skills and the broader university community, while also informing resource allocation for an enriched educational experience.
