ABSTRACT
This project work is on the stability analysis of hybrid method, a linear multistep type of solving ODEs. The proposed methods are derived via Taylor series expansion with the application of Mathematica software. The stability plot shows that the method is A-stable for step number 𝑠 ≤ 2 respectively and unstable for step number 𝑠 ≥ 3.
