ABSTRACT
This study investigated the role of librarians in disseminating indigenous knowledge among Library and Information Science undergraduate students in University of Benin. Four research questions were raised to guide this study. The study adopted descriptive survey research design, the total population of the study was the staff of John Harris Library, University of Benin, Benin City, while the sampled population was a total of 88 respondents. The instrument used for data collection was a self-constructed questionnaire, this instrument was validated by the project supervisor and other lecturers in the Library and Information Science, Faculty of Education University of Benin.
