Abstract
Everyone including judges is a potential victim of human rights violation. Effective judicial protection of human rights is an indispensable component of order and good governance. It has the capacity to promote peace and economic development while reducing the tendency towards violence, civil disobedience and other forms of political instability and societal unrest.
