ABSTRACT
information and communication technology is the strength (heart) of modern organization. Without adopting information and communication technology, public organisations will have serious limitations and consequences in the future and will imply the danger of lagging behind socially and economically with all the implications that this entails.
The study further shows that by using the information and communication technology (ICT) new techniques and tools in organisation enhances effective data storage and communication. The new tools improve the organisation and become more sober in the operations and their effect on competitiveness needed to meet demands of the public (citizens) since the organisation perpetually experiences the entry of new firms and organizations.
