ABSTRACT
The study investigated the role of the Theatre Manager in the running and Management of an Effective Theatre Enterprise: A Case Study of Afrin Arts. It also investigated the conceptualization of who a Theatre Manager is and what is expected of him in ensuring that the organization is run smoothly and effectively. Furthermore, the study employs the survey research method using the descriptive type of research design. The research design was adopted to enable the researcher make findings on various aspects of the subject of the study to which the selected members were derived from the Afrin Art Theatre. The major findings from this research study revealed that Theatre managers are the key actors in any theatrical organization. The success or failure of the organization to a large extent rests on the shoulders of the Theatre manager. Thus, in order to achieve the maximum productivity in terms of performances there is a need for an effective theatre manager in every organization.
