ABSTRACT
This study concludes that, in light of the aforementioned observations, workshops and seminars on the importance of the teaching profession for the nation's overall educational growth should be held. To provide a positive picture of the profession to students and the general public, educators must act in a way that is consistent with their professional ethics and uphold the highest standards. One of the most crucial elements in the process of teaching and learning is the teacher. Students' learning and attitudes towards discipline, education, and job choice are influenced by their views towards the topic, the school, and the teachers. For this reason, it is strongly advised that future researchers carry out similar studies to ascertain the personality traits or perspectives of the teachers on teaching and learning.
