ABSTRACT

This study examines the impact of technostress on undergraduate learning in Nigerian universities. It investigates various aspects, including types of technostress, underlying causes, coping mechanisms, and the overall influence on academic performance. Through a descriptive survey design, data is gathered from 100 undergraduate students at the University of Benin. The findings contribute insights into the complex relationship between technostress and learning outcomes, providing a foundation for targeted interventions to enhance the academic experiences of Nigerian undergraduates.
