ABSTRACT
The availability of educational resources are quite important to achieving teachers job performance, it could aid teachers effectiveness in instructional delivery in the school system. It has been established that the performance of any institution to a large extent may depend on the availabiity of physical resource.. conclusively, trhye availability and use of these resources (human and physical) could give more valuable direction to the teacher because the goal of any school depends on adequate supply and utilization of physical and material resources among others as they enhance proper teaching and learning. the need for the availability of physical materials in the school system in other to boost teachers’ job performance.
