ABSTRACT
This study investigated the influence of green chemistry principles in university students’ awareness and sustainable practices. This study became necessary because of the vastness of green chemistry and how it affect the environment as a whole. The need to investigate students’ knowledge and if they practice green chemistry in general was needed indeed. The study employed a quasi-experimental design which reached out to 100 students from the department of department of curriculum and instructional technology specifically chemistry education students. Research questions where shared and then answered by the students. The results revealed that green chemistry has a positive effect on students and integrating more of it into their daily lives will bring a positive response on the student and environment in general.
