ABSTRACT

This research investigates the impact of teamwork on organizational productivity by evaluating both qualitative and quantitative data. The study begins with an assessment of current teamwork practices within organizations, examining how teams are structured and how effectively they operate. Productivity is analysed using key metrics such as output efficiency, error rates, and overall performance indicators. Additionally, qualitative data on employee satisfaction and perceptions of teamwork is collected through surveys and focus groups, providing a deeper understanding of the human factors that contribute to or hinder effective collaboration.

The research further identifies critical success factors that foster productive teamwork, including communication, leadership, and the alignment of team goals with organizational objectives. These factors are analysed to determine their role in driving both individual and collective performance. Based on the findings, the study offers targeted recommendations and action plans designed to enhance teamwork, improve productivity, and create a more collaborative and innovative organizational culture. Ultimately, this research aims to contribute valuable insights for organizations seeking to leverage teamwork as a strategic tool for achieving sustained productivity gains.
