ABSTRACT

This research investigates the impact of teamwork on organizational productivity by evaluating both qualitative and quantitative data. The study begins with an assessment of current teamwork practices within organizations, examining how teams are structured and how effectively they operate. Productivity is analysed using key metrics such as output efficiency, error rates, and overall performance indicators. Additionally, qualitative data on employee satisfaction and perceptions of teamwork is collected through surveys and focus groups, providing a deeper understanding of the human factors that contribute to or hinder effective collaboration.
