ABSTRACT
This research work is aimed at determining the impact of rural Industrialization and community development in a democratic regime in Oluku Community. In the course of the study some research questions were formulated. Thus based on the formulated research questions, solutions were also put forward toward correcting the stated question. In a review of literature, which cut across several authors and their view in regard to their topics were carried along with it. The researcher also conducted questionnaires for 100 respondents that will serve as a means of collecting necessary data required for the study. Afterwards, there was an extensive analysis of the data collected, this enable the researcher to identify the effect of rural Urbanization on community development in Nigeria. Conclusively, some steps were recommended by the researcher and if properly implemented will help in utilization and improved the efficiency of rural industrialization and communication development in Oluku community.
