SUMMARY
The study has achieved its objective to examine the impact of multinational corporations on Nigerian economic growth. The study ispecifically examined the impact of the activities of Multinational Corporation on Gross Domestic Product in Nigeria; examined the impact of the activities of Multinational Corporation on National Income in Nigeria and ascertained the impact of the activities of Multinational Corporation on unemployment rate in Nigeria. The study reviewed some theories such as: The New Trade Theory, Dependency Theory and Unequal Exchange Theory, to buttress the impact of multinational companies’ activities on economic growth.
