ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to evaluate manpower planning. in order to fulfill the study's limited aims. Theoretical questions and a variety of literature were discussed. The major source was utilized to obtain the instrument needed for this study. the vast amount of data gathered from the questionnaires, which was tabulated and subjected to basic percentage analysis. One hundred (100) respondents were given questionnaires by the researcher. of which eighty (80) were taken out in order to present and examine answers to questions raised in the surveys. The Z-test statistical tool was utilized to test the hypotheses. Among other things, the analysis's conclusions showed a strong correlation between organizational goals and manpower planning in decision-making. Therefore, we advise addressing the present barriers to effective employee involvement in Nigerian decision-making. It should be common practice to provide worker education programs that inform them of their rights to participate in decision-making.
