ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to examine the impact of intrapreneurship on organizational performance. The major objective of the study is to understand the relationship between business failure and the need for intrapreneurship, to identify some pressures that market competition cause that attract the need for intrapreneurship, to determine the processes involved in identifying and exploiting business activiries, to understand how size and success of some businesses make them less innovative and inflexible. In trying to achieve this objective, a total of one hundred and twenty seven (127) people were interviewed. The information was gathered and grouped. Similar responses were in one group and simple percentage was used. The findings showed that there is a relationship between lack of support for intrapreneurship and business failure but lack of support for intrapreneurship is not the only reason why businesses fail. This study identifies market pressures caused by competition and the need for intrapreneurship, the processes of identifying and exploiting business activities and that organizations should allow intrapreneurs in these processes. It was discovered in this study that sizes and successes of organizations can mske them less innovative and inflexible, so, organizations embrace online platforms where employees can display their ideas, employees should also be given tine to traib themselves. Organization should also train their employees.
