ABSTRACT
The study examined the impact of Internet of Things (IoT) on real estate practice in Nigeria, using Benin City as a case study. Three (3) objectives were raised for the study which are: to ascertain the perception of workers towards the use of IoT in real estate practice; to examine the impacts of Internet of Things (IoT) on real estate practice in Nigeria; and to determine the challenges facing the utilisation of IoT in real estate practice. The study adopted survey research design. The instrument for data collection was questionnaire; it was built around the research question and validated by the supervisor. Data collected were analysed using descriptive statistics (Mean and Standard deviation).
