This study essentially checkedthe impactof inflation on rental values ofcommercial properties in Osun State metropolis with main focus on shops and offices. The result of the test shows that Unexpected Inflation components has no statistically significant impact on rentalvalues of commercialproperties (shops and offices) in Osun State, from 1990-2014.

 However, this fact confirmed that, the Osun State commercialproperty market has partial hedgeover unexpected inflation in theeconomy.
