SUMMARY
The study was carried out on the impact of ICT on organizational performance in UNIBEN. Majority of the staff in the faculty of social sciences (UNIBEN) consider ICT tools very helpful it facilitate work process, It also helps to reduce costs and saves time. In addition, the study showed that ICT has significant impact on organisation performance By virtue of university administration and training seminars organized in this regard, ICT tools helps to support activities that facilitate job process.
Considering the findings of the study, it was concluded that information and commutations technology have significant impact on professional growth of staff and their access to information.
