ABSTRACT

The project tend to examine the Impact of Employee Discipline in Organisations performance, with reference in Imo State Transport Company, (ITC) Owerri discipline must be maintained in any organization including the culture of any private and government organization an employer has a legitimate right, if not an obligation to expect employers to meet acceptable standards of performance and behavior, including maintaining satisfactory attendance, performing work in careful, accurate and efficient manner, following job instructions, following safety rules and practices, and accepting job assignments or instruction from supervisors. The work was compile in five chapters which started within the introduction of the study and end with the further recommendation for further study.
