ABSTRACT

Online Digital Marketing is an electronic communication channel used by marketers to promote goods and services in the market. The Ultimate goal of digital marketing is for consumers and customers to interact with a product through digital media. This study focuses on the impact of online digital marketing on real estate agency in Benin City, Edo State. Respondents were offered structured questionnaires to obtain information about the impact of online digital marketing on real estate agency in Benin City, Edo State. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the data obtained. Findings indicated that the respondents were aware of the relevants of various tools of digital marketing in real estate agency. That majority of the respondents were of the opinion that Whatsapp as a tool among other digital marketing tools is mainly used to manage properties. The study recommended that firms should significantly on marketing strategies as they should adopt the new improved way of marketing strategies.
