SUMMARY
The Transformation Agenda progress of President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan is a courageous step towards socio-economic and political transformation in Nigerian but the 73 failure to fast tract the process of development has largely been blamed on infrastructural decay, endemic corruption, and poor governance and accountability. The study concludes that these challenges are not insurmountable given that there is the political will by the political leadership to curb corruption, develop the mechanisms to manage the conflicts and crises that are becoming unmanageable and improve on social infrastructure that could serve as catalyst for industrialization.
