ABSTRACT
The study was carried out to examine factors militating against special needs education and its impact among undergraduate students in the University of Benin. Three research question and its corresponding hypothesis were formulated to guide the study. Case study research design was adopted for this study. The study population consists of undergraduate students from the department of Education Evaluation Counseling and Psychology University of Benin. A total number of 15 undergraduate students were use for the study from the department of Education Evaluation Counseling and Psychology University of Benin. The instrument for the study was a question on factors militating against special need education of undergraduate students FMASNEOUN. To ensure the reliability of the instrument, the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Co-efficient was used in and a co-efficient value of 0.89 was obtained. The data collected were analyzed using PPMC statistics.
