ABSTRACT
Mobile banking applications have become integral tools in modern banking landscape, offering customers convenient access to financial services on their smartphones. This study evaluates the performance of mobile banking applications offered by five banks selected based on their assets in Nigeria. This study was conducted by collecting responses from student population of the University of Benin. Data was collected through a questionnaire prepared using Google forms and Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings provide insights into the strength and weaknesses of each application which will help to assist banks in enhancing their mobile banking services for their customers.
