ABSTRACT
Electronic Media has revolutionized the promotion of Nigeria culture through Afrobeat music. This study investigate how Afrobeat, as a unique musical form, has been leveraged through various electronic media platforms, such as radio, television, and digital streaming services, to disseminate and celebrate Nigerian cultural elements. It will examine the ways in which Afrobeat artists have used their music to showcase Nigerian traditions, languages, and societal values, thereby fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of the country's cultural identity. The study will also explore the potential of electronic media to facilitate cultural exchange and promote cross-cultural understanding through the medium of Afrobeat. By examining the intersection of electronic media, Afrobeat, and Nigerian culture, this study will contribute to the understanding of how music can be employed as a powerful tool for cultural preservation and promotion in the digital age.
