ABSTRACT
The main aim of this study is to examine the effect of Motivation on Employee Performance and productivity in University of Benin staff. But specifically, the research intends to achieve the following specific objectives were to: examine the effect of Motivation on employee performance and productivity, determine the relationship between motivation and employee performance and find out the effect of feedback on motivation and performance appraisal on staff on University of Benin staff. The descriptive survey was used in the study with the aid of questionnaires. A sample size of 150 respondents were determined with the Taro Yamene formula. Structured question was used as the research instrument to collect primary data from respondents from the survey.
