ABSTRACT
Gender-based violence (GBV) significantly impacts worker efficiency in Egor local government. Studies have shown that employees experiencing GBV struggle with productivity due to physical and psychological effects, absenteeism, and decreased job satisfaction. Additionally, workplaces may suffer from increased turnover and decreased morale, affecting overall organizational performance. Addressing GBV through comprehensive policies and support mechanisms is crucial for promoting a safe and productive work environment.
