Summary
This study determined the Effects of electronic facilities in teaching and learning of technical education students in the university of Benin. Five research questions were raised to guide the study. The study employed a descriptive survey research design. The population of the study comprised 42 400level technical education students in University of Benin. There was no sample because the population was small. The instrument used for this study was a structured questionnaire developed by the researcher; it was drawn from the research questions. The questionnaire is titled “.effects of electronic facilities in teaching and learning of technical education students in the University of Benin. It was however subjected to face validity by the researcher’s supervisor and two other experts in the Department of Vocational and Technical Education. The reliability was determined using the internal test re test method which was measured using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Co-efficient was to compute the scores. The reliability of the questionnaire was established at 0.81. The data collected were analyzed using mean (x), standard deviation (SD), and two sample independent t-test using Statistical Packages for the Social Science (SPSS). The findings generally showed that several factors act as a determinant influencing students academic performance.
