ABSTRACT
This work carefully examined the effect of political instability on the performance of public enterprise in Nigeria, a case study of Nigeria Postal Services Limited (NIPOST).The objective of the study is to determine if poor political performance in public enterprise is based on political instability in the country. The research question of the study is to determine if public enterprise performance depends on the political instability in the country. With the issues raised, the researcher would stimulate intellectual reactions from both within and outside NIPOST. The research design is descriptive and quantitative research design methods.
The work consists of five chapters, Chapter one contains the introduction part of the research, objective of study ,scope and limitation of the study. Chapter two contains literature review, the historical background of Nigeria Postal Services LTD(NIPOST) and the structure of NIPOST. Chapter three contains the research design population of study and sample size. Chapter four contains the presentation and data analysis and discussion of analysis. While conclusively, Chapter five contains the summary, conclusion and recommendation.
