ABSTRACT
Globalization on HR practices has been identified to comprehensively analyze ways to increase the interconnectedness of the global economy impact on human resource management functions within organizations. globalization aims to ascertain the effect of economic liberalization on Human Resource practices, globalization determines the effect of global standards and regulations on employee engagement and satisfaction, and also ascertains the transfer of knowledge and learning on work-life balance in organizations, globalization again strives to determine the effect of technological advancement on performance management and appraisal in organizations. In order to achieve these objectives, a number of 65 respondents participated in giving their response on the questionnaires administered, collected data were analyzed using population size, sample size, and standard deviation. It was found that there was no significant relationship between globalization and the influence of knowledge transfer and learning on work-life balance on human resource practices. Also, it was found companies and all types of organizations are to be mindful of global market opportunities, taking into consideration of uncertainties in the global market. And this is based on the findings of the study among other recommendations.
