ABSTRACT

It is expected that speed and convenience apart from enhancing customer satisfaction will further engender customers’ loyalty and more patronage for banks. This finding agrees with those of Chong, 2013 and Leppaniemi & Karjaluoto, 2015. In the same vein, security of electronic transactions is the most significant threat to customers satisfaction with e-payment system. And if customers nurse any fear about the security of their banking information and the safety of their transactions, customers might withdraw their patronage and seek alternative means. Poor internet connectivity, is also a source of customers dissatisfaction with electronic payment service in Nigeria. Our findings partly agree with theoretical expectations but conform majorly with casual empiricism.
