ABSTRACT
The development of a predictive algorithm for electricity generation by flywheel echanism was doneusingdifferent flywheel materials and electronic components such as a converter circuit which is used to energize the driving coil and consists of a battery source, a parallel connected capacitor, resistor and a MOSFET transistor. The design shows that the flywheel energy is stored in form of a kinetic energy due to the rotation of the disc which consists of the mass, the moment of inertia, the rotational speed and the distance of each spinning. The performance evaluation of the flywheel was done to determine the speed test, load test, output voltage versus speed of the flywheel and self-run test efficiency. From the result it shows that the design analysis done on the flywheel is said to be satisfactory.
