ABSTRACT
Questionnaires were distributed as an integral method of survey. Likert’s scale was used to analyze the all questionnaires responded to and employed frequency table with ranking to enlist the factors majorly responsible for pavement failures, with the aim of tackling the highlighted factors with discoveries ascertained from the efficiently researched information identified toward delivering successful projects canceling out highway failures in Delta State.
