From the outcomes found in this research, the fermented seed extract of Datura stramonium possess vital phytochemicals which are not only useful in sedation, but may also be useful in the management of other disorders. The effects of Datura stramonium was observed to be dose dependent i.e., an increase dose will cause and increased duration of sedation (sleep).
