The study has also attempted to explore the link between Boko Haram and foreign fundamentalist group which include terrorist group in other regions like Alquaeda in the land of Islamic Maghreb. It could be seen from these that the country is facing serious problem of insecurity and instability which could reach a breaking point in no distant time if concrete remedial actions are not quickly taken.
Seeing that the threat posed by Boko Haram cannot be solved by sovereign state of Nigeria alone, she has decided to solve this through both bilateral and multilateral moves. These effort are designed to bring co-operation between Nigeria and her counterpart countries at one hand and between Nigeria and among other nations of the world at the other hand, countries such as the United States, United Kingdom and Neighboring countries like Niger, Chad and Cameroon. It is strongly believed that these efforts will go along way if adequately utilized to remove the insecurity and instability posed by Boko Haram.
