ABSTRACT
This research investigates the potential of bamboo as a sustainable material and effective material for building construction in architecture. with a focus on environmental sustainability, cost effectiveness, practice, treatments possibility, structural stability, durability and strength. Findings reveal that bamboo possesses strength, flexibility and thermal insulation properties, making it a viable alternative to conventional building materials. Moreover, the study assesses the environmental impact of bamboo construction in terms of carbon footprint and ecological sustainability. The research also delves onto the cultural and socio-economic aspects associated with bamboo usage in construction, considering its historical significance and impact on local communities In conclusion, this research contributes valuable insights into the feasibility and advantages of using bamboo as a building material in general in modern building construction
