ABSTRACT
‘This study was set out to investigate the effect of supply chain management practices on organizational survival in Nigeria. Thus, the impact of strategic supplier partnership, customer relationship management, and information flow on the survival of International Breweries Plc, Nigeria was examined. Also, the challenges faced by International Breweries Plc, Nigeria were looked upon. With a sample size of 129, stratified and simple random sampling techniques were employed and respondents were survey using questionnaire. With the aid of SPSS, descriptive, correlation and regression analysis was performed. The study found that strategic supplier partnership, customer relationship management, and information flow impact on the survival of International Breweries Plc, Nigeria. The study also found that irregular power, inconsistent regulatory policies, numerous tax payments, and poor institutional infrastructure as leading challenges. Among other recommendation, the study recommends that the corporate leader must develop innovative policies and promote a business model that captures all stakeholders’.
