ABSTRACT
This research work studied the reformation of Social Development through the Theatre. It mainly look at the impact of the Theatre in causing change and Social judgment in the society. The study was carried out using the Literary and Artistic research method. From the plays analysed, it can be inferred that the Nigerian society has been badly affected by different social vices such as Corruption, exploitation, class struggle, injustice among others. The study also revealed that, the people are no longer oblivious of the happenings around them. Even to the least of social stratum, they are being affected by misconduct and mismanagement of funds.
