ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to find out the causes and effect of examination malpractice in tertiary institution, using university of Benin as a case study. A total J of 240 students were selected using the simple random sampling technique. Data was collected with the use of researcher developed questionnaire administered data was examined using frequency counts and simple percentage based in the question from the questionnaire and the hypothesis raised for the study were tested at 0.05 alpha level.
