SUMMARY
The problem of staff training and manpower development has become the major challenge menacing every organization worldwide for organization to achieve success, it must consider training and staff development as the most significant and vital ways to the growth of the organization. The best solution to remedy this menace is training which will enable the staff to acquired new skills that will enhance his efficiency and effectiveness in the job for the benefit of the organization.
The Benin Electrical Distribution Company in which this research work was done the staff BEDC undergo training year in and year out in order to solve or reduce the problem confronting the company ever as at 18th August 2021. 13 other set of people were trained equipped with the required skills that would make the company reference point among other electricity distribution company.
