ABSTRACT
This research study is on Some Robust Statistics for Quantitative Data Analysis. The robust statistics used are Trimmed, Median, Median Absolute deviation and Interquartile range. The study reveals that various observations could be affected by outliers which could result in the production of extreme result or rather incorrect results; though literature has it that with the use of robust statistics, the production of results affected by outliers would be minimal. The data used is secondary and covers the detection of outliers with robust statistics.
