ABSTRACT
This study displays the impacts of solitude and loneliness which allows individuals to engage in self-reflection, promoting deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and desires. By spending time alone, people can evaluate their lives, make decisions, and gain insight into their personal motivations and values. This introspective process is critical for personal growth and self-awareness. Throughout history, solitude has been a central practice for spiritual and philosophical contemplation. Many spiritual traditions, from Buddhism to Christianity, emphasize periods of solitude as a means to connect with the divine or to explore the deeper meaning of existence.
